Oolong Tea
All tea varieties were described as a color, the ancient tea makers felt that blue color represent the Oolong. Blue as the color of the spirit, it invokes rest and can cause the body to produce chemicals that are calming and exude feelings of tranquility. Most oolong teas, especially those of fine quality, involve unique tea plant cultivars that are exclusively used for particular varieties. The degree of oxidation can range from 10–85%, depending on the variety and production style.
