You don’t have to worry about the shelf life, because it is roasted and dried. You can keep this tea up to 2 years without a problem.
Some research suggests that mulberry leaf may reduce cholesterol and blood pressure levels, decreasing inflammation, and preventing atherosclerosis.
The way you brew Mulberry leaf tea is the same as you brew a cup of green tea. Boil pure water and infuse the Mulberry leaf. Use 1 teaspoon/1gm of Mulberry leaf tea for an 8oz/250ml cup. Infuse the leaf for about 1 to 5 minutes.
